At Taxi Service Mauritius Paradise we want your trip to be stress-free. This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for our airport transfers, taxi services, tour packages and car rentals.
1. Payment at pickup
Most of our services are paid directly to your driver at pickup, so no advance payment is taken when you make a booking. If you have not paid anything, there is nothing to refund when you cancel.
2. Free cancellation
You can cancel or change a booking free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Please tell us by WhatsApp on +230 5845 1548 or by email at taxiservicesmauritiusparadise@gmail.com, quoting your name and booking details.
3. Late cancellations and no-shows
If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, or you are not at the pickup point and cannot be reached, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover the driver’s time and travel. If your flight is delayed, please let us know and we will adjust the pickup time at no extra cost.
4. Tour packages
Tours can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. In case of bad weather or safety concerns, we will offer you a new date or a full refund of any amount already paid.
5. Car rental
Rental bookings can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before the rental start date. Any security deposit paid is returned in full when the vehicle comes back on time, in the same condition and with the agreed fuel level, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
6. How refunds are made
If you are entitled to a refund, we return it using the same method you used to pay, within 7 to 14 working days of confirming the cancellation. Your bank may need extra time to show the amount.
7. Services we cannot deliver
If we are unable to provide a confirmed service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any amount you have paid for it.
