Car Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Driver’s Age & License
   Minimum driver age: 21 years old.
   A valid driver’s license held for at least one year is required.
   An international driving permit is required if the license is not in English or French.
   
2. Rental Period
   The minimum rental period is 3 days.
   Late returns may incur an additional day’s charge.
   Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
   
3. Vehicle Use
   Vehicles must be driven with proper care.
   The car must not be used for racing, towing, or off-road driving.
   Only the registered driver(s) are permitted to drive the vehicle.
   
4. Fuel Policy
   Vehicles are supplied with fuel; please return the car with the same fuel level.
   Missing fuel will be charged at the current rate per liter.
   
5. Insurance & Excess
   All rentals include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage.
   In case of damage, a deductible (excess) applies.
   Optional Zero Excess coverage can be added to eliminate the deductible.
   Insurance is void if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or not listed in the contract.
   
6. Accident or Breakdown
   In the event of an accident or breakdown, contact us immediately.
   A police report is required for all accidents or damages.
   Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.
   
7. Traffic Violations
   The renter is responsible for any fines or penalties (e.g., speeding, parking).
   
8. Payment & Deposit
   A security deposit may be required upon vehicle delivery.
   Payment can be made by credit card, cash, or bank transfer.
   Refunds of deposits are made once the vehicle is inspected and cleared.
   
9. Vehicle Return
   Please return the car at the agreed time and location.
   The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received.
   Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt or smoking inside the car.
   
10. Cancellation Policy
    Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup.
    Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a one-day rental fee.
    
11. Additional Services
    GPS, baby seat, and SIM card available upon request (extra charge may apply).
    Airport delivery and pick-up are available.
